Our world is complicated. It's easy for anyone to become overwhelmed, emotional, and stressed with the challenges we all face. We go through so much, including life transitions, relationship difficulties, body image and self-esteem issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and somatic reactions to stress and anxiety. All of these things can be traumatic and life-altering events. That's where I step in. Hi, I'm Tara Douris, a Marriage and Family Therapy - Intern. My clients and I work collaboratively, believing even the smallest actions can create positive change. My purpose is to provide you with a safe space to explore your challenges and strengths. Together we can work to understand how your experiences have helped create the resilient, strong, and valued individual you are with the understanding that everything you have survived has molded you into who you are today .

$100 per session
Sliding scale available upon request.
Insurance
I am an intern therapist and cannot accept insurance.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
For the initial session, a $25 fee will be charged if cancellation is not given to your therapist within 24-hours of the session start time. After the initial session, your therapist allows one (1) free missed session per year without the 24-hour notice. Please give a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged a full session fee for subsequent missed appointments.
