Our world is complicated. It's easy for anyone to become overwhelmed, emotional, and stressed with the challenges we all face. We go through so much, including life transitions, relationship difficulties, body image and self-esteem issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, and somatic reactions to stress and anxiety. All of these things can be traumatic and life-altering events. That's where I step in. Hi, I'm Tara Douris, a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern. My clients and I work collaboratively, believing even the smallest actions can create positive change. My purpose is to provide you with a safe space to explore your challenges and strengths. Together we can work to understand how your experiences have helped create the resilient, strong, and valued individual you are with the understanding that everything you have survived has molded you into who you are today .
To schedule your first session with me, call or text our Counseling Center at (702) 716-0908.
