Marija Savitt
Hi, my name is Marija Savitt! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist - Student. I have a Master's degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling, which I obtained from California State University, Northridge, in 2005. I am near completing my second Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University Worldwide. I have spent most of my career working with neurodivergent children and adults. I work with people with autism, ADHD, and other learning disabilities. I also work with the family members of individuals who identify as neurodivergent. I am equally open to working with anyone needing support and all ages. I have experience with divorce, separation, domestic violence, co-parenting, and the family system following separation. I have personal experience with terminal illness and grief. I hope to grow in many ways while helping individuals reach their goals and address their needs. I utilize play therapy techniques with children, solution-focused and problem-solving approaches with teens and adults, and provide a calm, nurturing space to share with everyone. I am currently available on weekday afternoons and evenings as well as on weekends. When I am not working, I am with my teen boys, helping them navigate life. I enjoy reading and am part of a single mom's book club. I also love fashion and beauty. I am very family-focused and have professional and personal experiences shaping me as a therapist.

Rates
$60 per session for children, individual, couples and families.
Insurance
I am an out of network provider and do not accept insurance.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
For the initial session, a $25 fee will be charged if cancellation is not given to your therapist within 24-hours of the session start time. After the initial session, your therapist allows one (1) free missed session per year without the 24-hour notice. Please give a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged a full session fee for subsequent missed appointments.
