Jennie Tilton
Hi!, My name is Jennie Tilton. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist - Student. Knowing yourself is the first step to living a more fulfilling life and enjoying rich relationships. Therapeutic tools can increase your skills of mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional awareness. I'm interested in helping clients ease the pain of life transitions, manage stress and anxiety, navigate grief and loss, and develop emotional skills for overall well being. I enjoy working with kids and teens as well as adults and seniors. I'm a mom of four great kids - two teens and two pre-teens. I'm also a part-time violin teacher, and love being involved in making music with my own kids and students. In my free time I love watercolor painting, felt crafting, and watching anything British.
To schedule your first session with me, call or text our Counseling Center at (702) 716-0908.
