Latasha Walker

Hello! My name is Latasha Walker.  I have over 10 years experience as a school counselor and educator.  I have a Bachelor's in Sociology and a Master's in Counseling.  Currently, I am a Clinical Professional Counselor Intern (CPC-I).  In addition, I am a certified life-purpose coach and yoga instructor.  I love seeing all ages transform their lives!  I use positivity and truth to help guide others through life's challenges.  My passion is helping people who want to heal, work through their pain, gather insight about their experiences for growth and align their purpose.  I strive to inspire, motivate, and uplift my clients to release limiting beliefs and activate change!  I help others access tools such as mindfulness, creativity, meditation, yoga, and exercise to enhance their mind-body connection.  My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, transitions, resiliency, and trauma processing.  I have many year's experience assisting youth, but I enjoy working with all populations.  I am accepting both in-office and telehealth clients.
